Visa Rejection or Delay

If the visa is not approved or the result is not received within the committed time frame, the customer will be eligible for a refund of the advance amount paid.

Refund Process

The refund will not be made in one lump sum. The advance amount will be refunded in 2 to 3 monthly installments. The first installment will be processed within 30 days from the date of visa rejection or delay confirmation.

Non-Refundable Charges

Any service charges, consultancy fees, or third-party costs already incurred will be non-refundable. Only the refundable portion of the advance amount will be returned.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide correct bank/account details to receive the refund smoothly. The company will not be liable for delays caused due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Final Authority

The company reserves the right to verify documents and refund claims before processing. The decision of the company regarding refund eligibility and schedule will be final.
